XSAN KICKS OFF SUPERCAST INTERNET PAY-PER-VIEW SCHEDULE WITH THE 2012 EAST BAY WINTERNATIONALS FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR
New features and production capture the event like you are at the track, everywhere.
Silver Bay, MN (January 31, 2011) – The X.CELERATED SPORTS ACTION NETWORK is back at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, Florida, for the third consecutive year to kick off the XSAN SUPERCAST schedule of action sports internet pay per views provided through streaming industry leader Ustream. The 2012 XSAN East Bay Winternationals SUPERCAST presented by DRIFT kicks off on February 8, 2012, with UMP Modified and Mod Lite practice for FREE, February 9th through the 11th for the Modified and Mod Lite portion of the Pay-Per-View SUPERCAST, February 12th Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series practice for FREE, and then the big show from February 13th to the 18th. That’s right, for the first time ever XSAN will broadcast the ENTIRE week, including the Saturday event, of the East Bay Winternationals!
XSAN has become known for high quality live internet pay-per-view events, and has produced content for TV and DVD over a short span of two years that all started in 2010 at East Bay (previously as RACE CAST LIVE and in 2011 through a promotional partnership with modFURY.com). In addition to featuring the action in HD, XSAN is going to raise the bar on action sports broadcasting with an at-the-track documentary-like production directed by Award Winning Filmmaker and www.jackslash.com owner Sean Buckley that features DRIFT point-of-view cameras, MOTORSTATS.com live timing and scoring during the events, New Vision Graphics Sound of the Pits, RACEceiver Race Trax, and More. Best of all, XSAN SUPERCAST broadcasts are now commercial free!
Ordering info and links for the 2012 XSAN East Bay Winternationals SUPERCAST presented by DRIFT can be found at: http://www.eastbayracewaypark.com/winternationals/pay-per-view/ The cost for the event is $15.00 per day or $35.00 for the Three Days of the UMP Modifieds and Mod Lites, $15.00 per day or $60.00 for the six days of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. All pay-per-view packages include the ability to view archives at a later time. As a bonus, footage that does not make the SUPERCAST will be available for On Demand viewing to all pay-per-view customers.

A: No. after you click “Buy Ticket”, click the “buy as a guest” option on the window with “PayPal” in the upper right hand corner
VIEWING:
Q: I PURCHASED A TICKET BUT SAYS i MUST BUY ONE TO CONTINUE VIEWING?
A: First, make sure you are logged in. If you still can’t watch, click your username at the top of the page, then click “Purchased Content” on the left-hand side of the page. You should see a ticket code listed under the event or subscription you purchased. Copy the code, return to the event page, click “Redeem Ticket” in the Viewer, and paste in the code.
Q: I SEE A SPINNING WHEEL INSIDE THE USTREAM PLAYER?
A: Try re-loading the page. If you see a spinning white wheel, please be patient and give the video more time to load. Each time you refresh the page, the video will have to load again.
Q: WILL IT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS IF I RELOAD THE PAGE?
A: No, you can reload the page as many times as you want. As long as you have purchased a ticket and are logged in to your Ustream account, you should be able to view the event.
Q: BROADCAST SEEMS CHOPPY….WHAT DO I DO?
A: Make sure that you don’t have any other browser tabs or windows open, and try not to have any other applications running on your computer.
Q: WHAT IF I MISS A DAY?
A: All of the event races will be available On Demand so you can watch at anytime. These races are usually available 3 hours after the event completion.
Q: WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR ON DEMAND CONTENT?
A: Edited versions of the nights races, Interviews, Highlights, and Exclusive Non-Broadcast Coverage.
Q: QUALITY?
A: XSAN SUPERCAST Pay Per View utilizes LIVE High Quality (HQ) Streaming Pay Per View at the East Bay Winternationals. The screen ratio is 16:9 widescreen and the quality is 768kbps. The event is filmed with HD Cameras. MOST PC users should be able to watch and enjoy a stunning view of the racing action in the comfort of their home! The screen can be expanded to Full Screen and has the ability to be ported to an HDTV (if you have the right setup). XSAN will implement three cameras (one main and two corner cameras) and MORE!
Q: RAINOUT/REFUND POLICY:
A: Due to the nature of our events we utilize a rainout policy that will refund single day tickets ONLY if the event is canceled. On mltiple day events one day can be canceled with no refrund on the package. If more then one day of a muliple day package is canceled due to weather a pro-rated refund would be established on a case-by-case basis. All other viewing issues are based on the situation and user.
