Tampa, FL – June 15th, 2013 – Well Mother Nature was the big winner once again tonight. Cars were rolling on the track for hot laps and then the skies opened up once again. The Scott Thompson Memorial will be rescheduled once all parties have been contacted and as soon as that happens we will update you on the reschedule date. There were 33 Late Models on hand to battle tonight. All previous winners of this prestigious race were all here to see who could be a two time winner or would a new winner emerge. Rich Pratt, Keith Nosbisch, Doug Horton, Travis Varnadore and Mark Whitener were all ready to battle for the prestigious guitar trophy created by Scott Sweet.

ASA racing continues next week with the Eagle Jet Top Gun Series returns with the Florida Mini Sprints, Larry Miller Memorial 50 Lap Feature for the Gagel’s Open Wheel Modifieds, Outlaw Fours, Motorstats.com 4 Cylinder Bombers and the Florida Old Time Modifieds.
